Maybelline's Volum Express The Falsies Mascara is one of the most awesome beauty must-haves a girl can ever have! It's like a gift from above for every woman who aspires to have dramatic eyelashes without using False eyelashes or for those who are not used to wear falsies. Behold! The one of a kind solution for you, brought to you by Maybelline.
I've always been a fan of False eyelashes ever since I knew about Gyaru and Ulzzang fashion and what I like most about it is that you can choose from a large variety of beautifully designed falsies in the market. But of course, I am not the type who wears it everyday unless I'll do a photoshoot or a video tutorial.
So when I got hold of this mascara, I fell in-love with it and never grew tired of using it the rest of my life. Actually, I got this from Canada, sent to us by my mom's best friend 2 years ago. And I was surprised that they just launched the product here in the Philippines, last month I guess? Just saw from Maybelline Philippine's page on Facebook. So, I think I got the product in advance, thanks to Mimay :)
So let me show you how I achieve the Gyaru/ Ulzzang look with this mascara!
This is my bare lashes using only my circle lenses to emphasize the eyes dolly effect.
I actually use this handy dandy tool from Daiso, that helps prevent contact of the mascara to the skin/crease, it also has a brush which you can use if your mascara is clumping.
FIRST COAT
2ND COAT
See the length and Volume? Amazing right? Well, I prefer 2-3 coats to achieve this volume. You can also see the clumping of the lashes but I like it anyways. I've also applied 2 coats on my lower lashes to make my eyes more wide and big. Then, I applied little amount of false eyelashes glue under my lower water line and stick my lower lashes to it.
For best results : Apply liquid eyeliner and white pencil liner to make your eyes more wider.
What I love about it :
* It gives real volume and length to my lashes
*It's easy to remove with water
*The price is reasonable and still affordable
*It makes your eyes stand out perfectly
What I don't like about it :
*I do not curl my lashes first before applying mascara so what happens is that when I curl it, it sticks to the tool.
*It's super easy to remove with water but I always get stains on my eye bags so you need to wash it with soap or wipe it off with wet tissue.

Yesterday, I visited our school to attend the Communication Arts General Assembly and the College of Liberal Arts General Assembly. I watched our new probationary dance members perform at these events and I was really happy that they did well even if they're just four of them who are left. How I missed performing at GA's and gigs with my FROLIC family(Dance Group).
This is what I wore to the event, and surprisingly I got a mini transformation from the event's sponsor which is Skin White and Vitress. Where they offer free make-over for your hair and you get to try their newest products like lotions, Face creams, Toners and Vitress' hair gloss. They have a very interactive booth where I also sang inside a videoke booth and had it video recorded. *hides*
It's really fun! Girls who signed up and liked their page will get a loot bag full of products you can take home for free! And I got two loot bags, luckily given by someone in charge of the booth. They're so nice!
My hair was styled by one of my co Alumni's Aaron Abarrera whom we call "The Kulot Master", because he is really good at curling hair like these. He said he mastered and watched videos online to get the perfect curls. It's just so amazing because I never achieve this effect whenever I curl my hair and I end up having messy curls. haha. But first I had my hair straightened up at the Vitress booth.
Imagine I had three looks in one day! First is Edgy, then sweet, then SWAG!I just love how you can transform yourself in something that really fits your style with just adding up some accessories like the Snap-back cap I'm wearing here.
I finally got the chance to wear this super cool leather bag which was bought by my mom! It's really nice right?

I'm back with a new outfit post, at last I already got the time to shoot some outfits yesterday. I wore this after we got home from Grocery shopping with my mom and my cousin. I paired this striped blazer to my polka dot top which I think is cute. Trying to coordinate with PRINT on PRINT styles nowadays, and I hope to post more soon!

Konichiwa! lol , last night was full of tears for me watching the ending part of "1 Litre of Tears" episode. Okay, am I the only one who didn't get to watch it? Well, the story is really inspiring and until now I keep on listening to the theme song entitled "Only Human". Made me cry a lot of times.
Anyways, as I was talking from my last blog post I told you that I would share with you some of my Thrift buys, and yes! here it is, but let me just show you first some of the newest pairs I got from there.
I bought these yesterday and I just fell in-love with this lace-ups, just when I saw the pair I immediately wore them and luckily it's my size! Thank goodness for these shoes! I just feel like I'm a man and imagines my self wearing a tuxedo plus a tight skinny jeans with these! Just like Ciara's song - Like a boy. Oh, how I love you!
I know you guys have seen this one on my last outfit post, I'm sorry if you can see some dirt on it, that's because I haven't cleaned it yet, but who cares anyway? It does still look good isn't it? Now, you can see its real color, what can you say about it? Nice eh? I soo love this pair and I treasure it so much! Can't wait to wear this soon again for an outfit post.
My first Alexander Wang Creepers!! Actually, I already have one just like this but this one is original. I can't imagine how Thrift stores have these so much treasures that normal people would wish for. I mean, it's possible for us to buy online right? but the shipping fee is really shocking so we refuse to buy in the end. I would always look for designers shoes on international shops like Nasty Gal, and Solestruck , but whenever I think about the shipping it saddens me a lot. Though, I recommend you one store locally which caters a lot of awesome shoes, check Gold Dot. You can have your own customized shoes too!
I'm also thinking of giving away the other pair of these, just tell me if you are interested so that I could host a Giveaway :)
This is now my favorite every time I feel like wearing something comfortable. It's soft and very perfect for my feet. My mom actually has a number of cool platforms and i'm just so amazed how she wears them with style. My mom is really a fashionista! This one was bought by her :) Thank you mom. The brand is Staccato.
I haven't wore this one to any of my outfit posts but this one will surely go well with everything. From skinnies, shorts, dresses, and skirts. It's perfect and cute because it's pink! Such a lovely color that's why I didn't had second thoughts when I saw these! Soon i'll wear it on my outfit post.
So there you go! I hope you like my shoe collection and I hope I inspired you in looking for awesome shoes on thrift stores :) Just don't forget the tips I told you in buying shoes and clothes on Thrift shops okay?
But before I end this SHOE CRAZY POST! I'd like to show you this lovely pair that was given to me by Ate Gay and Kuya Mark (Le boyfriend's brother) which we got from Nuvali, Sta. Rosa. teehee! Soo sweeet of them to buy me a pair again.
What do you think about my shoes?
