Went to the Philippine Fashion Week at SMX yesterday to watch several works of art from local designers in the Philippines. Finally wore this wardrobe I won from Alyssa Lau's giveaway in collaboration with The Editor's Market. Don't you just love how basic it is? FYI, the skirt is like a thin leather but I wore it anyway to this summer heat. Totally obsessed with these!

The moment I saw Marks & Spencer's contest for Mother's Day, I knew I needed to join. Hey! Who wouldn't want to treat their moms to a shopping spree at one of the most upscale boutiques in the world? If we win, then that would be the greatest gift my mom will ever experience on Mother's Day. How exciting! 

As we all know Marks and Spencer is known for an array of quality products may it be in clothing, beauty, lingeries/undergarments and even in food. It has always been M&S for gift ideas on special occasions for me and my mom and it never fails not even once. M&S not only represents sophistication but also they make sure class is constantly there. No wonder why mom loves them!

When I shop at M&S it's always very soothing to see prints and classic pieces on the racks. Hence, I  got inspired and decided to go for a casual look. Basics are without exception my mom's go-to pieces because not only you can pair it with anything but it also defines what less is more. I styled my mom with her M&S basic gray tee, white A-line pants and  her gold plated bracelet for an added accent to elevate casuals into a sophisticated look. This was also inspired by her favorite Hollywood Actress Angelina Jolie who looks effortlessly stunning in casual looks. 

Oh how fun it is to style my mom for the first time over my entire blogging years. You nailed it mom! You look great and definitely younger in this ensemble. My camera didn't give justice to your look though, it's getting more crappy. However, all in all you did a good job! Gold accents like her platform shoes, bracelet and belt made this simple look even more stylish and elegant. 

And who wouldn't forget everyone's favorite? Milk Chocolate Digestive Cookies! Me and my mom love munching on these super yummy cookies and it's the best thing in the world. Just the perfect way to end up this blog post. Brb (eating with my mom).. teeheee

Finally wore my Levi's jeans after a couple of months. I had it stocked up for a long time actually. I told myself when will I ever wear this? needed to since it was a gift by the coolest dad I know. Although as a petite girl, I would always need to had my jeans altered to fit me well. (Rants of a small girl) Such a hassle! I wish I can do it on my own. Too bad, I don't know how to use the mini sewing machine. Need to work on that soon!

Anyway, I got almost all of my jeans altered last week including this and it was such a relief. I would never have to fold the extra length ever again! Woohoo!

I never thought this Levi's jeans i'm wearing would be as good as this. I like to fold it for like four inches above my ankle and I realized it would be good to be styled laid back today. How do you like it? Still have the touch of the tomboy in me though.

Oh Monday! Why so soon? How I wish there are 5 days every single weekend. Would you like that? I do! I've been so sick the past few weeks and I think I needed more rest. Unfortunately, I couldn't afford more absences at work already. I'll be broke if I do. haha

Anyway, summer is fast approaching and that also means my birthday's coming! Yes, next month i'll turn 22 already though I still look 14. Gaah! Can I stop at 21? I want to be forever young! Just want to share, last month I convinced myself to use Olay's Anti-aging foaming cleanser to get rid of my trusty Safeguard soap (I use it for my face) even if i'm really scared. Someone told me that at the age of 20, girls should be more concerned about their skin and we're at the level of getting more stress so there's a tendency that we get dark circles, acne and fine lines. Better late than never!

Last Sunday, I still managed to wear this cool jacket I got recently from a thrift store even if it's getting more summer-y here now in the Philippines. And the fact that i'm wearing black is even more questionable but I don't mind it. I'm weird sometimes. haha 

This jacket has patterns embedded on it and I like how it resembles a metallic foil. It's genuinely unique so I think it's a fine piece of art, no regrets. More and more I get attracted to abstract patterns and it's a nice addiction I guess. Will try to put up nice spring themed layouts on my next outfit posts so I can get rid of all the black for the meantime. I'm thinking about pastels and tea time already! I can't wait!

I woke up this morning wanting to apply make-up on. haha! (Just me being Khrazey!) So, I went to my mom's room and picked up an eyeshadow palette, concealer, eyebrow pencil and eyeliner. I was like "Am I dreaming?", I don't know why but I remember I was having thoughts about my hair last night before I went to sleep. I wanted to have a new hair style, maybe a haircut or just style it with whatever blah blah. In the end, I went for an Ulzzang look and I definitely loved it. I'm posting some of the pictures I took earlier this morning on Instagram. I was very happy with the results, but one thing I forgot is to put on my contact lenses. However, I decided not to, because my left eye is itchy and pink-ish last night, so if you look closely at my photos you can see the difference. Ugh! Hope it wouldn't push thru with Sore eyes.

Also, this is my first outfit post with my black hair :) What do you think? Yay or Nay? I recently got hired for a job and is obliged to dye my hair black or brown. I was kinda sad the moment I dyed it since I've had my Seasalthair for years. Letting go was hard but I had no choice. Anyways, some of my friends did like my new color as before so, I'm kind of loving it now.

I also grabbed the opportunity to take outfit shots today since it's a holiday. Hooray for that! I'm just not so happy with the quality though. My camera is acting up today :( Thanks to my brother Kit for taking these photos again. Went for some items that are in nowadays, Dungarees, Jersey shirts and Platform Sneakers. I feel so lucky for the 9th time for scoring a pair of these platform sneakers at a thrift store. Look how awesome these are with spikes on. Times like this, you need one because you wouldn't know if you'd pass by flooded areas below ankle level. Surely this would be your bestfrand! It's so nice to be wearing dungarees again, feels like my childhood days. I bet people would think I'm 12 or younger again because of wearing these. Tell me do I look 21?? haha. (Legs why didn't you grow longer?) Just kidding! So, what do you think about this look?

Hey guys!It has been so long since I last posted outfit shots on my blog. One reason is that, my brother is too busy at school and he's the one taking my outfit shots since I haven't got myself a remote for my camera.  I've been doing that before indoors but I can't really seem to find a good space to set-up so I decided to ask him for my Lookbook shots. Can anyone suggest a good remote for Canon? What are you guys using? Anyways, I hope you guys like my new set here. Sorry for flooding too much photos, I was just so happy to share everything with you. 

This was taken yesterday at our school (DLSU-D) for a fun shoot with my co-dancer Kaye Rombaoa. We've had about 3 sets of outfit shots at different places inside the campus and I was really happy with the output. Yesterday, was also a perfect time for this since the weather was too kind for us and it's exam week so I felt too confident posing anyway I want. Thank God it didn't rain, I super hate getting my feet/shoes wet.

I went for a boyish look with an over-sized button down shirt and a simple black tank top which matches my high-waisted shorts. Since our weather now is a little bit bipolar, you can try matching your outfit with over-sized shirts, you can wear it like this or tie it on your waist. A trend that is now very popular nowadays. 

I'm too excited to post my other looks soon! What can you say about  this set?

Cat madness isn't over yet. Yes, I think? At least for me. Still can't get over animal prints, literally, I mean animals like dogs, monkeys, fox and cats. I've been seeing a lot lately, and I just want to buy them all. My hat came from Chemjoy.com and all I can say is "awww". It's really cute, if it only has pastel colors I would totally buy it. Speaking of pastel, my hair is just photoshopped, I don't know, I just feel like doing so. Maybe because, I'm losing hope of getting my hair colored ash blonde since I badly need to dye it black now. That is so sad.

 Anyway, last Wednesday I went on a photo shoot with my college dance organization, FROLIC. Yes, if you haven't known me for a long time, I bet you won't believe I dance. Hip-hop lyrical is basically my favorite since I enjoy feeling the music through my body. I'm a frustrated ballerina as well, and I'm dying to wear the Pointe shoes. All my life I've been dreaming of dancing gracefully with my favorite heart breaker songs. lol. Just sharing. So, this is what I wore that day and I'm glad that I've made the right choice of making myself look like I'm going to dance. Because........ they asked me to dance. Hopefully I don't look awful in the video which will be used for recruitment this coming June. *hides*
